Realization of the annual report fictif of the PDO Gruyere within the context of the editing and statistics classes. The intention with this edition was to narrate the history of the creation of the cheese through pages illustrated with drawings and photographies representing the canton the Gruyere, Fribourg. The second part is composed of statistics about the company.
